Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices on this site are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are charged in USD regardless of your location. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 5A - PRE-ORDERS

Some or all products on this store are sold on a pre-order basis. This is stated clearly on the product page, in the site header and at checkout. When you place a pre-order:

• You are reserving a unit from a restock that has not yet been delivered to us. Payment is taken at the time of order and reserves your unit and your colour.
• Dispatch dates given on this store are honest estimates, not guaranteed dates. Our current estimate is dispatch within 1 to 2 weeks of your order.
• If the estimated dispatch date moves, we will email every affected customer. You may cancel at that point, or at any other point before dispatch, for a full refund.
• You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched, for any reason or no reason, by emailing us with your order number.
• If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order at all, we will cancel it and refund you in full. That refund is your sole remedy.

Where the consumer law that applies to you gives you stronger rights in relation to pre-ordered or delayed goods, those rights apply and nothing in this section limits them.

SECTION 6 - OPTIONAL ADD-ON SERVICES

We offer optional add-on services at checkout. By selecting them you agree to the terms on which they are provided:

• Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft in transit, and damage in transit, and entitles you to a free replacement or a refund handled directly by us. It is not an insurance product underwritten by a third party.
• Skip The Line prioritises your order within our own processing queue. It does not upgrade the carrier service, and it does not guarantee a delivery date.
• Lifetime Warranty extends the standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults for as long as you own the product. It is tied to the original order and original purchaser, is not transferable, and does not cover accidental damage, water damage, misuse or normal wear. Warranty claims are resolved by replacement.
• Mystery Box contains a selection of items chosen at our discretion. Its specific contents are not guaranteed, are not disclosed before purchase, and cannot be selected, exchanged or individually refunded.

SECTION 7 - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

The GRAND PAWTEL™ bed is a filled fabric pet bed intended for indoor use by a healthy adult dog under normal household supervision. It is furniture for your pet, not a toy, not a carrier, not a restraint and not a medical device. It is not intended to treat, prevent or manage any medical or behavioural condition, and it is not a substitute for veterinary advice.

The headboard, posts, door hanger and every other hotel detail are decorative soft-filled fabric. The headboard is not a structural support, it must not be leaned on, climbed or used to lift the bed, and the product must never be used to transport an animal.

Before first use, remove all packaging, plastic wrap, ties and tags and dispose of them safely, they are a suffocation and choking hazard. Let the bed fully decompress and regain its shape before your dog uses it.

Supervision and chewing. The headboard, posts and door hanger are stitched fabric parts, not chew toys. If your dog is a determined chewer or a bedding destroyer, do not leave them unsupervised on the product. Stop using it immediately and contact us if the cover tears, a seam opens, filling becomes exposed, or any small part comes loose, as loose filling and detached parts are a choking and intestinal blockage risk.

Placement. Use it on a flat, stable, dry indoor floor. Keep it clear of heaters, fireplaces, candles, cooking appliances and any other open flame or heat source. It is a textile product and it will burn. Do not place it on stairs, on a raised surface a dog could fall from, or anywhere it blocks an exit.

Care. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and air dry away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry, iron, bleach or dry clean the frame. Do not use it while damp. Check the seams, fastenings and any decorative parts regularly and retire the product once it is visibly worn.

Not for people. The product is not designed to take a human’s weight and it is not an infant or toddler sleeping surface. Keep young children from climbing or sleeping on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRAND PAWTEL accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, modification, unauthorised repair, use by an unsupervised or destructive animal, or use contrary to the supplied instructions or this section.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

We may also, in the future, offer new Services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or Services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Where you submit a product review, photo or video to us or tag us on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce and display that content in connection with marketing our products, until you ask us in writing to stop.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
